From 2005-2011, Ragan produced a podcast titled Fox and the City. He started the show before podcasting was a big deal, before iTunes carried podcasts, before companies found a way to monetize the medium. Fox and the City had quite a run. The show was discussed in Genre and Out magazines, recognized as the best local podcast by The Phoenix New Times, regularly selected as a featured comedy show by iTunes, played weekly on Sirius radio, and secured four consecutive nominations for a podcast award by PodcastAwards.com. In all, Fox produced 263 episodes of the controversial program. The feed to the program was eliminated in 2011. Ragan then produced a weekly, 39-episode show called Hollyweird. After a taking a break from podcast production, he rebooted Fox and the City.
